Waterproofing Basements

If you have water in your basement, we’ll remove it, seal the leak and install a pump. We can install an internal water-trek system and drainage pump or an exterior dig-out drainage system on the outside of your wall that goes down to the foundation. After the wall is cleaned we’ll waterproof the wall with a commercial-grade membrane to take pressure off the structure and prevent water from seeping in. Waterproofing the basement can earn you up to 20% more for your home when you sell it by creating extra square footage of usable space that is protected from damage.

Waterproofing Crawl Spaces

Waterproofing Crawl SpacesWe employ many of the same techniques in waterproofing your basement as we do in protecting your crawl spaces. With crawl spaces, we have found that placing an interior below grade drain system inside of the crawl space is much more effective for eliminating water. From there, we run a positive drain from the lowest part of the crawl space into your yard and pump the water out. We can also dig out and around the outside of the crawl space, depending on the structure, and install an exterior drainage system. In either case, we make sure to waterproof your wall with a commercial-grade membrane to take pressure off the structure and prevent water from getting back into your interior.

Our technicians come to your site, analyze your structure and determine how to divert the maximum amount of surface water to curtail water buildup. We use exterior downspouts, customized drainage systems, solid drain pipes, underground tubing and a wide array of techniques to ensure that the water flows down and away from your structure.

Exterior Waterproofing

Exterior Waterproofing Applying many of the techniques listed in each of the categories above, we use a commercial-grade membrane to waterproof your structure in the appropriate areas and we install exterior pumps and drainage systems where necessary. We have worked on structures that have already been built and those in the construction process to eliminate unwanted water buildup and damage. If the project is finished or if it’s underway, we have the expertise to meet your waterproofing needs and protect your walls and foundation.
